CONTENT


In legal, more complete terms, Prolific HR  grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with the particular content or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Prolific HR authorized representative.

 

PAYMENT


You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (UPI) for those fees. Prolific HR  works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.

 

​BEHAVIOUR


You can only use Prolific HR E-learning for lawful purposes. You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you. For certain content, the instructor may invite you to submit content as “homework” or tests. Don’t submit anything that is not yours.

 

​PRICING


We reserve the right to change our Subscription Plans or adjust pricing for our Services at our sole discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription will take effect following notice to you, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
In the event that we update your payment method using information provided by our payment service providers (as described in the “Payments, Credits, and Refunds” section above), you authorize us to continue to charge the then-applicable fees to your updated payment method.
If we are unable to process payment through the payment method we have on file for you, or if you file a chargeback disputing charges made to your payment method and the chargeback is granted, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.

 

​INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT:


Upon successful completion of the theory and practical during (3 months - Online Interaction Training CILT International + On Job Training- OJT), you are required to complete a 12-15 months’ Industrial Apprenticeship (PAID).
The earliest date of joining the course has been indicated above. However, should you miss this date, you may join the subsequent batch, the date of which will be intimated later.
We would also like you to note that you will also be required to do the following.
A) Enter into a Contract when your application is approved.
B) Report to our Bangalore Campus on the scheduled date.

 

JURISDICTION.


That if any dispute arises between the parties, then the Courts stationed at, “Bengaluru” shall be jurisdiction to decide the same.

 

FORCE MAJEURE.


No party shall be liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached the Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of the Agreement (except for any obligations to make payments to the other party hereunder), when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted party’s (“Impacted Party”) control, including, but not limited to, the following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Events”): (a) acts of God; (b) a natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms, explosions, infestations), epidemic, or pandemic; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this  Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; and (i) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilities.

FOR STUDENTS – (REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY)
​

The student has been informed the following and hereby undertake to adhere strictly and comply with the requirements.
• The student will attend class and training (OJT) regularly to meet the required attendance rate of 90%.
• The term and condition of this Admission Letter stands NULL and VOID if the Attendance is Less than 90%.
• The student will adhere to the policies of the Institute.
• The student will adhere to the policies of the Company.
• The Fee once paid is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any Circumstances.
